    Description

Zac Mbali is the host of the show ‘it’s chilled Podcast ‘ born on the 18th of April, 1997 and currently lives in Johannesburg, South Africa although he lived in many places as a child.

A social activist, podcaster, documentarian, film producer and editor. Known for his comedy videos he defines himself as an all round creative.

Being the 6th child of seven sibling, he was always surrounded by his siblings where he learnt to engage with people at an early age. He gives credit to his family of instilling in him certain values that have served him well throughout his life. Born by parents Wellington and Veronica Mbali they say that he always displayed creativity and intelligence beyond his years and loved nothing more than impersonating people and entertaining his family in family gatherings, with all that he never abandoned his love for the books.

As a dedicated artist , academic success wasn’t easy for Zac, and he struggled at some studies like any other student throughout his school years. He was the writer of primary school plays and actively involved in a number of other extra-curricular activities, graduating was always his biggest dream which he achieved in 2017 in Boston College Johannesburg South Africa in (Marketing Management).

Zac Mbali enrolled in the University of South Africa for a Law Degree, and it wasn’t long before he became a host of his podcast and a digital radio. He also began writing various theatre pieces he performed around for local communities and also the digital media, and whenever he performs either theatre, radio, podcast or a presenting “it is always such a blessing“ he says, realized that he wanted to spend the rest of his life producing, radio and as a social activist through television and as a documentarian. He loved the idea that he was able to take listeners and transport them to a different time and place.

After his Boston College graduation, Zac Mbali studied graphic design from Shaw Academy as he was still not making enough money from his writing. He loved radio and television presenting , and he never gave up his desire to be on tv or radio and continued to submit short stories and demos to radio stations.

He decided to finally pursue a career and follow his calling as a social activist and started producing short documentaries that shake the world even though the name of the show is not known as yet due to foreign distribution companies disclosure policies. Furthermore, he drew attention from social media TikTok producing comedy videos.

Zac Mbali has not won any awards through radio, documentaries or podcast as of this moment but hopes for the best in future.

He is hoping that he will enjoy as much success as his previous videos, although it is in a completely different concept. He assures fans of his first and current videos that it has the plot intricacy and intriguing shows, videos and new up coming documentaries and it is not only about him but also for his fans.
