The Powerhouse Fitness Podcast was created specifically to focus on the core principles of burning fat & building lean muscle as a woman in today's society. “Eat less and do more cardio” has been the general advice for years. In reality, this approach often leads to a lot of effort with little results, & has created a huge discrepancy between what actually works & what most women think will work. Which not to mention it often leads to an unhealthy relationship with yourself and with food. I know this because of the 100s of women I've helped transform through eating more and doing less cardio. In each of the 2 weekly episodes, we will discuss the common mistakes that working women make in their fitness journeys, & how to optimise your nutrition and exercise plan so you can eat more food and see more progress. We will also discuss the mindset required to set yourself up for massive success in your journey. By listening to this podcast, you will learn how to break through plateaus, consistently improve both mentally and physically, & unveil your true power without restriction. I will teach you everything you need to know from my experience as a 6+ year fitness coach, ex-world class athlete, certified nutrition coach, and Kinesiology graduate. Each episode will get you one step closer towards the best version of yourself, and one step farther from the vicious cycle of coaching/dieting, hitting a goal, and falling off track. -
