Hi, I’m Tanya…a wife, mom, leader, and Jesus-lover. For most of my life, I have tried to find worthiness through achievement, but no matter how hard I worked or how much I achieved, I never felt like I was enough. I spent decades pouring myself into my work, constantly trying to meet expectations, and be accessible 24/7. I was left feeling burned out, empty and exhausted. I had no time or energy for myself or my family. It wasn’t until getting diagnosed with cancer that I realized something had to change. I wanted to be an effective and purpose-driven leader, but I was no longer willing to compromise my health or my family. I finally realized that I was wasting time and energy looking for validation in all of the wrong places. I needed balance. I needed peace. I needed to grow in faith. I turned my focus to the One true source of peace and fulfillment. I claimed my identity in Christ. I started to live like an unconditionally loved, fearfully and wonderfully made Child of God, saved by grace and put here to do Kingdom work. I developed strategies that help me find the time, energy, and freedom to be a better wife, mom, and leader, and I want to share them with you!
