Welcome to The Cutbanks Conversations
This podcast was created to facilitate discussions around Hunting, Fishing and Conservation in British Columbia.
Our intention is to present a perspective on the outdoors that recruits ideas, information and experiences from an expansive range of people, organizations, science and philosophy in BC, Canada and around the world. Our conversations will explore the historical evolution of land and wildlife management in BC and seek to understand the challenge and the opportunities ahead. We examine the roles of hunting and fishing as tradition and how we can better promote, engage and encourage our outdoor lifestyles and pursuits. We aren’t biologists. Just concerned individuals with a broad and diverse background who cared enough to get involved from boots on the ground, to the airwaves.
Change begins with a conversation…so let’s get started.
