Welcome to the Spread Love Podcast. A podcast designed to bring more joy into your life. I interview people who are successful in some area of their life, and find out how they became that way. Success and achievement are amazing, but the journey is what allows people to relate and feel connected. I will also be recapping some of my favorite reality TV shows like the bachelor and bachelorette. I like to remind people it's completely acceptable to be obsessed with personal growth AND reality tv.
