Hey there! I'm Tina. I'm an educator and lifelong learner with a background in human behavior, instructional design, developmental disabilities, and crisis management. I'm obsessed with Psychological Flexibility and I promote it every day, in many places. Together, we'll build confidence through the chaos of life with creative problem solving and make peace with the post it notes to be productive while staying present. Psychological flexibility is a key component of optimal living, resilience, and creative problem solving. Psychological flexibility offers us the skills to start living our lives now, instead of waiting for yucky stuff to go away. Traditional psychology tries to convince us that we have something that keeps us from living and doing the things we want, and that we need to get rid of that before we in engage in purposeful living. Psychological flexibility allows us to have “those things” AND live our lives, acting in the service of who or what’s important to us vs. acting to get rid of a problem that prevents purposeful living. -
