INTRO:Hi I'm Becky Walley and Pam Kuper is my business partner. We are "The Kuper Walley Group." We are full time Realtors here in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Which is where our Podcast is centered. Being that we are Realtors, of course we want to do a podcast on homes, but not just any homes.... Historical homes and the people that built them. These people were so instrumental in the development of Fredericksburg, Virginia and to some extent the development of our country. We also want to share with you about the Arts, Entertainment, Food, Shopping and so much more that we feel makes our hometown so great! We developed our name as a play on words "Real Chicks on the Rapp!" Real is because we are Realtors, We are Chicks, on the Rapp, is because Fredericksburg is located on the banks of the Rappahannock river.Episode 1:Is on the oldest home in Fredericksburg, "The Charles Dick House" and his contribution to the growth of America.Our featured restaurant this episode is Orofino's and our featured Musicians are Cabin Creek.We hope you enjoy and will give us an opportunity to work out all our kinks.
