He is a real estate investor and Multi/Single Family Portfolio Maintenance Director who currently serves as the Regional Director of Maintenance for the East Coast at Lessen. Adrian delivers knowledge and in-depth personal research on the issues that the industry is being confronted with. He shares information that is useful, timely, and relevant to what's happening. Adrian keeps up with the needs of top management executives as well as first-rank field level employees.

     

    There's a massive disconnect between the people at the very top and the people in the field day in and day out. Adrian closes that gap. He started as a groundskeeper in the industry back in 2003 and has experienced just about every position in maintenance (except housekeeper and vice president). He worked his way up to director of maintenance and had the opportunity to oversee portfolios up to 11,000 apartment homes.
