It's presented in a conversational unapologetic style, it's messy, it's rough, you'll hear traffic, kids & even the occasional dog barking but its jam packed with tips, hacks and sometimes it may even be a little bit controversial, I do not come with a filter but I am exceptionally passionate in helping women and men that are looking to achieve their next level successes. Hi I'm your host Esther Aitken an I am buzzed to have you here today. Just a little bit about me, I am a Mum to an amazing girl hitting her tweens, a certified business & life coach, a martial arts instructor with a black belt in kickboxing, a senior management corporate girl during the week an a beekeeper in my spare time. I am great believer in taking messy action with one of my favorite quotes of all time being taking Imperfect Action is better than taking Perfect Inaction. I have spent nearly 20 years at a senior corporate level, in a range of different industries and roles that has inspired me to share my knowledge and wisdom with you all. It takes courage in all things to be successful and it takes one to step outside of their comfort zone to build a sustainable, profitable & productive business that fuels ones passion and gives you a work life balance to suit an I firmly believe that anyone can create a successful business an thrive in all aspects of life.
