It’s all about choices and saying No to our Self when needed. Science has a lot to offer humans and my life bridges the gap between research and real life application. Facing my fears, I’m sharing my life’s journey. I am living proof that applying neuroscience and lifestyle success tools absolutely guarantees better outcomes. No matter how many mistakes you have made, now is the time to take back control by leveraging your dopamine. I am here to teach you from my mistakes so you can learn about the power of leveraging your dopamine. I grew up in chaos and carry over 30 years of trauma. My upbringing catapulted me into early success in neurological development via child development theory and application within my own program. At age 23 my best friend died and I decided to walk away from my passion in neuropsychology and started my first business within the flow movement realm. I was an instant success, but not all glitter is gold. An untrustworthy business partnership threw me under a bus I was never driving and I experienced 2 years of intense online harassment based on lies. My depression spiraled and I lost myself for many years, only to wake up in an abusive relationship. Like many, I made many painful decisions in life. Facing my fears at age 30 I began to reclaim my Self, my finances, my entire life. I left Wisconsin and moved to Florida, leaving most everything permanently behind. The pandemic was a blessing in disguise. My business began to see record months, turning into back to back record years. I now work only a few months selling a patent-pending product. I was able to take the time I needed to dive into my traumas and began applying neuroscience-backed practices to my everyday life along side supplementing for my mental health. Nowadays I am back on track within the realm of neuropsychology, creating life changing courses and sharing my outrageous and dynamic story from struggle to success.
