Sarah has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching yoga for 6 years, and has been on a self-care journey as she has struggled to raise a child who never fits the conventional mold. Join Sarah as she brings on guests to talk about topics like depression, trauma, PTSD, nutrition, health and overall wellbeing to support people living with chronic stress in the caregiver role. The mission of this podcast is to give a voice to parents & caregivers - as well as offer support and resources to assist anyone struggling with issues that aren't always easy to talk about. -
