The body matters, right? I'm Ian Traynar, an osteopath in the UK, and this podcast will look primarily at how we can stay in optimal health. We’ll focus on ways in which we can support our immune system; which of course means having a conversation about our nutrition, sleep, stress levels and fitness. But we’ll also look at the impact our mental health has on our wellbeing, and how we can build mental wealth! There is also a secondary objective. The body is a collection of complex systems all working profoundly well together to maintain the balance and flow of what we call life. So what if we could see this beautiful interaction and interdependence as a metaphor for how society could be reinvented going forward – the multiple complex systems of families and communities, cities and countries all working in collaboration globally, just like the human body; each aware of their own unique contribution and function? Ian would like to open up a conversation of what society might look like if we too could function with the same integrated and collaborative intelligence as the body. -
