Welcome to the Being Now Podcast. Co-hosted by Chris and Sean. Together we will be observing various topics and how they relate to spirituality. We discuss the classical definition, how we interpret it to life as a whole, how it relates to us in the past, present moment, and how we can influence our present moment through these philosophies to have a more desirable future. We want to exercise our spiritual muscle and allow it to have a stronger presence in our daily lives.
