This podcast will explore themes of bringing spiritual theory into practice in your day-to-day life. It will feature knowledgeable guests that I’m excited to learn from.
I will release one episode on every Ekadasi, which is the eleventh lunar day after every full moon and new moon. On these days, the moon has a certain influence and the body and mind, and many yogis eat less and meditate more on this day to get the most spiritual benefit out of it. Each episode of my podcast will be in honor of this occasion.
